The rider of RAW Super Drink gets the second place in the Grand Prix of the Americas and is placed leader of the Championship
The Grand Prix of the Americas, at the COTA circuit (Austin, USA) was the scene of a thrilling Moto3 race and in which the Spanish Jaume Masia made a great performance. After starting the race in the fourth position and be somewhat delayed with the passage of the laps, in the last ten laps he came back to the top positions and crossed the finish line in an extraordinary second position, behind the winner Aron Canet.
Second consecutive podium of Jaume Masia. After this result, the RAW Super Drink rider is placed leader in the overall classification of the Moto3 World Championship, tied at 45 points with Aron Canet.
Jaume Masia commented after the race, in DAZN TV channel:
"It's impressive to be a world leader, I'm super happy. It was a very difficult race, as everyone was very strong and with ten laps to go I started to push forward. I want to thank the team that has done a super job."
